This through Damfa. Apparently the MEDIA is going over exit polls from Election Night. You know, the ones that showed Kerry leading Bush until later in the evening. But they may never release the results of the review. Huh!
Edie Emery, a spokeswoman for the six-member media consortium that paid for the exit polls, says representatives from ABC, CBS, CNN, Fox News, NBC and the Associated Press want to review the report before making any decisions about what to make public.

The behind-closed-doors delivery of the report could come as soon as today. Because the report's conclusions might not be made public, the report is unlikely to appease critics who say the six media companies have moved too slowly to release information collected in the exit polls and have said too little about possible problems with those surveys.

Now that is journalistic integrity.

Here's a little something I put together for our weekly geek fest Trivia Night here in Brooklyn. Our team, "Be Somebody!", hosted, and this was used as the visual round. Basically I digitally molested 21 images of icons from the last century. You just have to identify them.

PS. Does anyone know where I can get a job doing this?

How awesome were you?

Boy, They Weren't Kidding!

Things are getting better in Iraq! No longer content to simply blow stuff up, that rag-tag group of Saddam supporters and haters of freedom are now giving us their all in a crude but creative homage to American action movies.

Vatican spokesman Joaquin Navarro-Valls told Reuters the Holy See had received news of the kidnapping of Archbishop Basile Georges Casmoussa in Mosul. The spokesman demanded his immediate release but gave no details of the abduction.

I guess it just depends on who turns out to be right about their own god. Should be interesting.
